Eve is 3!

Eve had a fun birthday. She wanted cinnamon rolls for breakfast so I got up early to make them before Joe left at 6:45. She was so excited and kept saying "thanks!" for everything in this cute way she does that sounds like "sanks". It was during spring break so some of the kid went back to bed after that and Eve and I had fun hanging out in the hot tub. We also had a bit of a Toy Story marathon during the week and watched the 2nd and 3rd ones. We met at Chick fil-a for dinner together (her favorite place) and then went home and opened presents and had cake and ice cream:
She loved her presents:

We sure love our Eve. It was a big year for her and she learned lots of new things. Her attention span is getting longer and longer--she can watch shows now and read longer books and she loves to do both. She loves Bluey and even says things like "tidied up". She loves her bear-bear stuffed animals and loved getting the squishmallow from Eli for her birthday. She is still so cuddly and gives the best hugs. She also loves playing outside whenever she can. She loves baths and swimming and floating in water. She loves picnics out under our big tree. She still loves George so much and also loves to bug hum :). She loves yogurt, fries, eggs, and isn't too picky. She'll eat most things we eat. She still loves her family--aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents--and loves spending time with them. She loves us too and we love her and how much joy and light she brings into our family. We can't imagine life without her!

March

Nate's teacher's quorum had a birthday party activity and sent me this picture:
I got lots more pictures from Eve's preschool and loved seeing all the things she's doing there:
Her and her good buddy Emmett:
This tower helped them learn where they are in the world and they learned a fun continents song:
We got to go watch Lily in the middle school production of Moana and Eve loved it! Lily did an amazing job as Tomatoa's left claw and on her solo. They do a great job with their shows:
Occasionally I steal pictures from the girls of their activities:
I loved this one of Nate and Eve snuggling:
Eve loves building with her magnatiles:
And jumping on the tramp when it's warm enough:
She also loves when I help her climb the big tree:
We made pies for Pi day!
Eve loves library storytime:
We did our random draw for March madness again, too:
Joe won this time with UConn
Over spring break we got to go down to Utah, along with Chris and Regina's family, to see a play Randon was in and hang out with family:
I love all those cousins.
The adults even got out for a Chinese dinner:
Eve loved holding Franklin for the first time:
Eve brought in some pink and purple cupcakes for her classmates for her birthday"
She loves it when it snows:
