May

Eve got to go to her first dentist appointment in May. She loved it! She did really well.
She loves playing at the mall playground:
I loved this picture of Lizzie and Chase with a beautiful sunset:
Joe and I went out on a date and started it out by doing some shoe shopping. We took this picture for the BeReal and I loved it:
Eve took the absolute cutest school pictures:
I love seeing pictures from the girls at their post-choir concert Dairy Queen trip:
I can't remember what this was from but I loved it:
Eve fell asleep during quiet time one day like this:
We went on a hike for Mother's Day:

Eve loves hiking downhill. Not so much uphill :).
Nate and I had a fun one-on-one time playing minigolf:
I love finding pictures like this:
This was taken at the speech banquet:
Not sure how we missed having any with the girls!
Eli started baseball again and loved it! I loved watching him practice in the backyard:
Another selfie I loved on my phone:
Potty training was rough and I eventually gave up trying to convince her to go. Then, one day we were playing outside and she wasn't wearing clothes because she'd gotten all wet in the sprinklers and all the sudden she wanted to try going in the potty! Her first two stickers on the chart:
We went to the annual retreat in Eastern Idaho with the Fireplace Outfitters crew. It was a lot of fun again, even though the turnout wasn't as great. We drove into Yellowstone one day and loved seeing all the bison:
Sadly we didn't see any bears.
Lizzie had an awards ceremony:
She had to give up her dream of being valedictorian due to moving and not having the right credits but she finished with a 4.0 and she was proud of James for being one of the valedictorians:
Trampoline selfie:
Graduation and the end of the year came before we knew it:
Traditional last day of school ice cream:
Lizzie's yearbook quote:
We all thought it was so funny that Lizzie and James got the same thing in senior mosts:
They are the same person.
Then it was time for the ceremony. Grandpa Tom snuck up to get this picture of Lizzie:
James did a great job with his speech.
Pics afterward:
Eve was done at this point: :)
Then it was onto Senior Night hanging out at the school all night. We couldn't be more proud of Lizzie and all she went through during her school experience--so many schools and so many moves but she always worked hard and learned a ton.
We got to hold cute Franklin at a gathering at the Carlisle' at the end of the month:
