Culture Night: Philippines

We finally did another culture night! We did the Philippines and decided to go out to eat since I got a recommendation from a Filipino friend in our ward. The restaurant was good and seemed authentic. We were for sure the only white people there, which is always fun. We ordered way too much food and the kids didn't love it, except the lumpia. You can't not love lumpia.

Lizzie did plants and animals, Natalie did food, I did the relationship between the Philippines and the US, Nate did sports, and I can't remember what Eli and Joe did, unfortunately. We had fun watching these youtube videos of guys from BYU that went to the Philippines on their missions and started a singing songs in a dialect and became quite famous over there.  It was a fun night!
