December

We had a fun December. It felt nice to have it finally cool down so we could wear our winter PJs:

We also love taking advantage of sleepy baby cuddles.
More cute Eve pictures:
We made cookies for our neighbors and ministering families. Always a lot of work but fun to deliver:
The girls got another chance to sing their "What Child is This?" duet for our ward's zoom Christmas program. We had tons of takes trying to get a good video and they still weren't happy but I thought they sounded beautiful!
Here's a screenshot of a video:
We headed to Idaho for Christmas this year but first made a stop at Grandma and Grandpa Allen's house.
Eve loved getting Grandma and Grandpa time:
We stayed at Marsha's house and had lots of fun family time:
The kids watching a movie:
I had to take a picture of the funny onesie Christine gave us--it says "Guess what?" on the front and has a chicken on the back. :)
Eli and Maddy getting some awesome jumping pics:
We had fun decorating gingerbread houses one day. We were so impressed with the kids' creativity!
Lizzie's:
I can't remember all of these but they were impressive!
I put together my first charcuterie board on Christmas Eve since Chris and Regina usually do finger food. Maybe not so Covid-friendly but I was proud of it:
We had the cool opportunity to meet at the Atkin graves in the Twin Falls cemetery with Elaine and Dave, and John and Mary Lynn. We sang some songs, lit candles, and talked about the people who had passed. It was SO freezing but our kids actually really liked it and we were so glad we went. Eve and I called it quits a little bit early since she was very cold and hung out in the car:
Then it was time for Christmas jammies and bedtime:
I loved this series so much:
In the morning, it was present time! I don't have many pictures so I took some screenshots of our video:
Since getting gifts to Idaho is hard, they kids each got money in their stockings to spend on whatever when we got home.
There were a few presents. A stacking toy for Eve:
Apple beer for Dad:
We had fun lounging around, doing puzzles, playing game and eating. Eli made this pretzel creation:
Eve sure loved her baths:
And hanging out at Chris ands Regina's:
We played Pit, Cover your Assets, and a fun new game--Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza.
It was a great trip! Sadly there wasn't really any snow but it was so nice getting out of the house and seeing family for the holidays.
